Unclean Trados Workbench files are one of the file formats that are supported by Déjà Vu's filters. Therefore, to translate one of these files all you have to do is import it into a Déjà Vu project the same way you would import any other document.
However, Déjà Vu will automatically attempt to use the Microsoft Word filter to import these files, instead of the Trados Workbench filter, so you must remember to change the filter being used to import the file.
