The Microsoft Office 2007/2010 Open XML filter, and the Microsoft Office Live filter, both have an option to ignore red text. This option only works for Excel spreadsheets; if you have a Word document with red text in it, this option will not make Déjà Vu X3 ignore it.
Microsoft Word can search and replace formatting, and well as text. With this, you can find red text in your Word document and make it hidden, so that you can have Déjà Vu X3 ignore it.
