The following error message may appear when attmepting to import or export an Office document:
Exclusive lock on a template file
This indicates that there is an instance of Microsoft Word that is open and has a exclusive lock on a template file where Déjà Vu X3 stores macros that are used to process embedded objects.
This can be solved by closing open instances of Microsoft Word. However, it is possible for Word to be open but not display any windows. In that case, the open instances of Word can be closed using the Task Manager, or by restarting the computer, since this closes all open applications.
