Changing the font size for secondary windows does not, as implied, change the actual display font size in secondary windows such as the Project Explorer, where project file names are microscopic. They are also grey against sort of creamy white, so the contrast is terrible. They should be bigger, and black, and the names of selected files should be in bold or italic, to make them really easy to identify.
Changing the machine's system font size, or scaling (for example to 175%) does not affect the font size in these Secondary windows either, so there is no simple alternative fix. I have sometimes had to use a magnifying glass to read these tiny file names! (Using your software since 1995 - this aspect has always been non-user-friendly! Please - no more interfaces to MT systems until you fix basic user interface issues like this! It's not sexy, but it's necessary!).
