Déjà Vu never finishes sending a project to the TM when it enters sleep mode

Computers that enter Sleep Mode are no longer active, and are thus incapable of doing anything, including sending a Déjà Vu project to a TEAMserver Translation Memory.

If you need to leave Déjà Vu working by itself for a while in order to send a project to a TEAMserver Translation Memory you must ensure that Windows' Power Management feature will not put your computer to sleep while Déjà Vu is still working.
