To complete the installation a "Users" user group must be created:
- Access the Control Panel.
- From the Control Panel, access Administrative Tools>Computer Management.
- Open the System Tools, then access Local Users and Groups>Groups.
- Right click on Groups and click on New Group.
- Name the new group "Users".
After doing that, proceed with the installation.
