Déjà Vu X3, Déjà Vu X2 and Déjà Vu X maintain several log files that contain diagnostic messages from the software. If you are having trouble with Déjà Vu, or you get an error message but you are not sure what it means, you can read the log files to see if any other messages have been recorded that can shed light on what is happening. Atril's Support Team may sometimes ask you to retrieve these files for them to analyse.
The folders where the log files are kept are hidden by default in windows. This means that if you try to browse for them you will not see them, but they are there. Click here to see how to show hidden folders.
